Sewage Pump Station
Description:
Sewage flow equipment via gravity flow and collet before sewage pump lifted reach a certain height.
Usage of Sewage lift pump: lift the sewage that can be gravity flow.
Lifting pump including pump, water pond, pump house.
Various of pump in the pump house, most of are centrifugal. And it has dry pump, Submersible Sewage Pump according fix method. Dry pump has vertical pump, horizontal pump. Sweage pump has two, fixed in sewage, fixed in air.
The usage of water collection tank is adjust tank water & draw water, avoid Pump starts frequently.
1. The location of water collection tank should consider pump repair, base of pump repair.(swage pump, collection tank should run separately).
2. frequency adjustment for water yield & water inflow, good performance.
3. The location of water collection tank shouldd consider maintenance & clearing. For closed tank, we should fixed vent hole,ventilator.
4. Clean up the debris from collecting pond, keep water pump running normall.
For water pump running in water collecting tank should consider:
1. Keep water inflow & water lifting same.
2. Keep water collection tank high level working.
3. Avoid open & close pump frequency.
4. At least prepared a pump for reserve.
5. Average holding time for open & close of each pump.
Because of geology & topography limitation in sewage plant, we must lift the sewage pump for a certain height to gravity flow before sludge treatment.
